If a certain ‘reliable rockstar insider’ is to be believed then we’ll soon be able to say ‘We got GTA IV Remastered before GTA 6!’
According to a forum post, the GTA IV Remaster is scheduled to release in 2025. While I would be thrilled about this, I remember the condition in which GTA Trilogy Remaster released a while back. Balloon animal like models and weird physics aside, the game just didn’t work a lot of the time. While the situation has improved, I really don’t want to get a repeat of it with GTA IV.
So whether this releases in 2025 or not, I hope it’s a good one from the get go.
GTA IV has much more sombre and grounded story and while my favorite GTA title will always be San Andreas, IV is right up there.
